Bodhicharya Online Shedra will soon continue after the summer break. We are now in Chapter Six, Patience. Everybody is warmly welcome to follow these wonderful teachings from Ringu Tulku and Shantideva. They are very clear and helpful with warmth and insight, and you can watch the videos freely at home. If you are new to the Online Shedra, please take a look at the short video below, where Rinpoche introduces the study group before we started 3 years ago. You can start following the video teachings from the very beginning (Chapter 1) or you can start from the middle if you wish and then go back to the beginning later.
